    I'm new too and did not refill yet (but have the kit to do it as soon as i will have empty cartdriges). PGI-550/CLI-551 are not resetable... yet... REad here http:/ /www.nifty-stuff.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=8681 "you have to wait till your prompted by the printer to change your cartridge...
