José Rodriguez's facebook group: still active ?

I have had no reply to my mail to the moderator either! Being curious I also asked a friend (No laughing The Hat ;)) to attempt to join, he has had no luck either. TBH, I rarely visit but I am now beginning to wonder if Jose just leaves the group to get on with it without much in the way of input?

    Spot reading with X rite/Calibrite i1Studio

Shortly I will need to measure the colour of some materials to enable a close match in print. I believe that the ColorMunki software used to include an app ColorPicker(?) which enabled you to do this. X Rite no longer includes this facility in the i1Studio/CCStudio software instead I believe...

José Rodriguez's facebook group: still active ?

Have sent a request to FB admin directly to see if they can throw any light on the subject. A couple of suggestions from members about the possibility of missing out on answering the questions which may or may not be the case

José Rodriguez's facebook group: still active ?

Ahh, so that idea failed :barnie Let's see what happens over the next few days and if you have got no further with joining perhaps there is a way via my Facebook page to invite you - still may need moderator attention

José Rodriguez's facebook group: still active ?

Just a thought. All in the group seem to post in their names rather than a nickname. If you wanted to use a nickname perhaps that would prevent authorisation?

José Rodriguez's facebook group: still active ?

I have now mentioned your nickname and this forum and the fact that you would be an asset to the group. I am sure that this must be some admin error on their part

José Rodriguez's facebook group: still active ?

Yes, your link takes me to the group and I can see my post of an hour ago asking if there are any reasons for not accepting new members

José Rodriguez's facebook group: still active ?

I dont know of anything to stop others joining - they let me in without checking so they will let anyone in . I can only guess that the mod or admin may have missed your membership request No idea if this will work but if you scan the QR code below this should direct you to the group...

Epson pigment in HP z2100 Photo.. What would happen?

I do not know but do you think that there is a chance that you could end up with an expensive HP Z2100 paperweight :hit. I might be wrong here but doesn't HP use a thermal type ink that vapourises a bubble through the print head nozzles and Epson uses a Piezoelectric inkjet technology that uses...

Any of you tried this papers?

I believe Novalith is an Innova product, but I am unsure if the Innova papers are an exact match for the Novalith https://www.papier-innova.fr/about_us.php?language=en There are some good reviews of paper and printers on this site including Innova...

Hi, I have a pro9500 Mark2, because of the B200 error message, I want to reset EEPROM,

Not a recommendation just a comment. Buyers need to exercise due diligence in the purchase of any product from any country, including the UK! I can only speak of my own experience with HP printhead replacement from China and Cationic UV printer spares again refurbished which I found to be...

Hi, I have a pro9500 Mark2, because of the B200 error message, I want to reset EEPROM,

You may be able to source either a new print head or a refurbished one from Shen Zhen, China. Have a search on eBay and you may be lucky 您也许可以从中国深圳采购新的打印头或翻新的打印头。 在eBay上进行搜索,您可能很幸运

Epson SC P800 ink marked Korea Only

Yes I think I tend to agree these cartridges grey market and Epson will not like this and of course will not offer any warranties. I do not have any problems with grey imports and accept that this is my risk. What I do find distasteful is for a manufacturer to seemingly price based on what the...

Epson SC P800 ink marked Korea Only

Just a quick update Epson replied asking me a few questions about where I bought the ink from, batch numbers, and photos of the cartridge boxes and barcodes, etc. I did not name the seller as I did not feel it appropriate at this time other than to say it came from a UK based eBay seller...

Epson SC P800 ink marked Korea Only

Thanks for the reply. Being curious I had a quick look on ebay.com seems that there are a few sellers offering the Korea Only: My concern is as you highlighted the cartridges could be chipped to regions, although I did not think the UK and Europe allowed this type of practice The sellers...

Epson SC P800 ink marked Korea Only

Thanks, yes I have already fired off an email. Hoping that I will get an honest opinion rather than corporate response which may be economical with the truth. We know that some printer manufacturers have tried to lock printers into their own ink systems and it would not be a huge surprise to...
