that is good advice to soak a printhead that no longer have cartridges in place, but wouldn't you also want to place the solution on top of the screens in the printhead where the exit port of the cartridges sit, as dried ink may cause a problem there also?

the wireless connection is not from your laptop to printer or desktop to the printer which ever the case maybe. the connection goes through your modem is that how you are trying to connect?

i believe the printer you have uses 4 cartridges, look on the left side of the page for the epson 4 cartridge inks then you will find your cartridges and ink i think yours is $32.00 for 4 cartridges and ink

ok a new printhead for a workforce 615 is over $100.00 a used 615 printer with a good printhead is 50.00 but is it worth taking a chance that the head may die soon, or do these heads have a very long life to them
