Well, they are looking quite similar.. so a customer at Aldi or Lidl could buy or switch from one to the other.
One question aside from fading: This latest gamut seems to be much bigger than the 2nd in posting #36, which shows L800, and two other printers, also on Netbit. Different inks? Or...
100% agreed..
..so back to topic: I've read about this as the bible of inkjet printing:

..and I see used paperbacks for 2 usd...
Okay it's meant for testing the nozzles - but when you do a nozzle check twice, with the same nozzles but different ink set, then it could indicate colors are off, or more precisely, ink density is slightly different. Because the nozzles won't change their quality that fast.
It's like comparing...
Just a side note: I do understand that editing a profile is not recommended.
Aside from editing for printing there is a easy way to "fine tune" the profiled results for the actual print available in "Qimage" . But both methods are kind of "non orthodox", because the profile should do the colors...
As we know the Netbit seems to accept a higher ink limit, but there is no semi-glossy from Netbit, only from Sihl. So I'm curious to hear about the fading of these two (resp three) different brands (and papers) at Aldi or Lidl.
Do you know the F in "RTFM"? Reading manuals sometimes is really a pain in the ass... possibly these are written by lawers or engineers, not by writers...
That's why for latest camera models with lots of features (like the A7) I really need a good practical handbook. Manuals are getting too...
Printing on uncoated paper really is a matter of trial and error - with ink and with paper.
And I agree that you can print out quite good with both pigment or dye!
It's the interaction of the ink and the fiber (and possibly the printer/printhead i.e. how the nozzles are firing) what makes the...
Just try it, don't expect to get better "IQ", expect the experience of a new old way of making photographs. At the drugstore I can order a CD with image files, not of the highest resolution but enough for the hybrid way.
My aim is processing also the wet print, at least in B/W.. but I admit you...
It's no problem to buy film, B&W, color, negative, positive, 35mm or 120/rollfilm.
I can even let process and print ("chemical") the exposed rollfilms at some drugstores, for the same price as 35mm. But developing and printing B/W in your home lab today is as easy (or difficult - depending on...
..substance...speed...? ..substance of speed.. ?
..in fact speed never was my addiction.. neither as a substance..
(learning english with printerknowledge, see my signature)
There is more analogy of vinyl LP's to prints from wet darkroom:
Think of quality and quantity. Before digital you had to be aware of the very limited amount of shots you would be able to shoot. Nowadays everyone with a telephone can shoot and show masses of pictures. And while you now have also...
That's funny ..so french seems to be really a difficult test for copying...
The sticker is on the outer box, on top.
At least that's where it should be.
But who knows when the sticker will be copied too .. may only depend on the cost..
BTW there may be older models produced before the sticker...
When I got my like new ip3000 for a bargain, they probably stood idle for years, with ink in the lines, and I had no cure for the cross contamination. I'm quite sure that the sealing within the printhead, which should seperate the ink channels, was damaged oe worn out from standing idle...
Selfmade cleaning solution according to pharmacist:
15-20 % (ml) isopropyl alcohol and
3-5 % (ml) propylene glykol,
mixed with destilled water to make 100 % (ml)
Mikling certainly is right
With inkjet printers I think "pigs might fly", therefor I have suggested to flooding only the pad with...
For dismantling you will need a good instruction from a service manual or other sources.
But before this I would try to soak the pad, or rather flood it with hot cleaning solution. Let it sit and sink into the waste ink for at least some hours, repeat with new heated cleaning fluid 2-3 times a...
This issue is getting mysterious.. the main area of the pad sucks in - but the lower part is spitting out... or at least making bubbles.. seems to be a rare beast.
My guess: if there would be two "sucking tubes" underneath then the lower one is failing somehow.
Or the pad itself has some kind of...
This looks very strange, to my eyes probably not solid ?!
When does this appear - only when you pull the plug? Or after pressing the ink button, let the carriage move, (for changing carts or just for taking a look at a cart) and then pressing again to normal state cartridge?
Could it be a...
