    CLI-42Y and Yellow Jello

The listing mentioned this: "This is a lot of 42 genuine Canon CLI-42 EMPTY ink tanks, which include the chips. Tanks were used once, by me, until ink was empty. Once empty, I then immediately replaced the original cap and taped it in place. "

    CLI-42Y and Yellow Jello

I'm not explaining myself. I will use7 of8 of the oem carts. I will remove the chip from the yellow and retain the chip and throw out the oem chipless cart. I will then install a pc- inked yellow with the retained chip from the yellow that I received with the printer. Then i will procure a...

    CLI-42Y and Yellow Jello

I do realize the importance of the "antifill" chip installed by Canon. I purchased some empty but unflushed cli8 carts off ebay so ill use those. Is there a source for reliable cli42 chips? Otherwise I guess ill be doing the chip swapping for the set. At least until I can get more chips.

    CLI-42Y and Yellow Jello

Since I have a new Pro-100 and yet to be used, would it be better for me to purchase an empty cartridge from Precision Colors along with the inks to fill all carts for the 100 and never even run any OEM yellow through it? Just use the PC filled yellow cart from the git go? I am wondering if I...

Picture Of The Week (POW) Information and Submissions

Here's a shot I took of one of my granddaughters a few years back. I wanted her to look surreal and spirit-like so heavily processed and I had to compress to upload here . Happy Halloween!

Picture Of The Week (POW) Information and Submissions

Is there a repository for all past pics? Or have to scroll thru this thread to view. And is still relevant: 2. The focus of the picture should be tied into the site in some way and appropriate for all audiences. Seeing mustard and such.... Not that there's anything wrong with mustard just...

Maybe someone here with that printer would gladly purchase them from you? Just a newbie idea.

    BCH inks any good?

Haven't seen drift but it's only been couple weeks. Not sure it's recommended I just did it. I didn't do it when I first set up the printer. Not sure on how often either. Has an alignment procedure I was not familiar with. Print a test page, place in scanner, it then alligns itself.

    BCH inks any good?

Only one refill. I did thr alignment maintenance and print nozzle prints weekly. This printer is just a utility printer. I wanted something I could print from my tablet and cell phone.

    BCH inks any good?

The conversion kit was for a mx490. Pg245 and cl246, not the pro100.

    BCH inks any good?

Has anyone had any experience with BCH inks particularly with canon printers? I purchased and installed a conversion for stock cartridges making them spongeless with a built in refill plug. Worked well. Was wondering about their ink.

Found my way here and damn glad to be aboard. Long time cart refiller. I dunno, over a decade at least. I started way back on an old Epson, even forgot the model. I found out about a guy named Neil Slade. One of the original printer nerds, this guy taught me everything I wanted to know at...
