do you have any air in the lines ?
On top of the cartridges do you have a small clear plug near each chip - if so
1 remove the plug
2 insert a syringe with no needle on
3 draw back till you have a small amount of ink in the syringe
put everything back together - if the problem persists it...
Mixing of inks is not advised at all - you can get away with some colours mixing - but if there will be a colour shift guaranteed it will be when the magenta is added - and then all the ink in the maganta channel will be ruined - over the years i have had many people come back whi have bought...
please try this
Method 1
Uninstall the cartridges, switch your printer off and then back on,install the cartridges with the printer switched on and the switch off and back on then try that. if that fails
Method 2
remove the cartridges and re-insert press down very very firmly at the front...
Hi it is not offered to us as an alternative ie pigment ink for canon- the problem is over time pigment ink particles settle at the base of the ciss and will solidify to a solid matter - i have seen this so many times.
i have tested HP unifast pigment ink from Lyson in the canons and it works...
