    please try this Method 1 Uninstall the cartridges, switch your printer off and then back on,install the cartridges with the printer switched on and the switch off and back on then try that. if that fails Method 2 remove the cartridges and re-insert press down very very firmly at the front...

    Hi it is not offered to us as an alternative ie pigment ink for canon- the problem is over time pigment ink particles settle at the base of the ciss and will solidify to a solid matter - i have seen this so many times. i have tested HP unifast pigment ink from Lyson in the canons and it works...
