Thanks - I would save the 4600 if I could, but it's starting to make a lot of nasty grinding noises, as well as give me frequent error messages. So I would like to get a printer that would use the same CISS.

I saw your post regarding the 521 and 526 carts - I wasn't sure if this would also be true for the 221 and 226, but I will assume it is. thanks, dick

Has anyone confirmed that the CLI-221 carts will replace CLI-226's (after a chip swap)? I have a dying IP-4600 with a CISS system and a lot of ink. dick
