hi guys am new here i need ur help
i removed my cartridge from my laser jet pro MFP M28a for something like 10minutes coz i wanted to take it so as they laod for me ink on reaching they were like they cant coz it might have gotten spoit due to exposure to air and light .
is it right or is there any way of fixing it jst in case its spoit. am really confused on what to do i need ur help coz its not mine -
