This is really counter intuitive. It seems the most neutral one is R10. Does this mean I add 10 on the red? Will that not increase the warmth?

This could take forever with the trial and error. I know it is too warm, but how will I have any idea of how much to push and which sliders to push? It is going to be random guess work. With most photos I am not that fussy, but one in particular is really winding me up. I will give it a go.

Hi I got the new black in the post today and it worked great. I will try the alcohol on the old one when I have to reload them next time. Whatever happened, even the CO started to work as well. Thanks for all your help!

Hi Hat Sorry, I should have written, I had already tried that. I will see what happens when the new cartridge comes. Fingers crossed On the plus side I can get A2 prints done for £5 in work, but they use roll photo paper. I can't even supply sheets for it W

I know I sholudn't have done this. When I was reloading the ink cartridges with ink I unplugged the printer to stop it moving the tray back in. When I had completed the refill and reset cartridges the printer flashed the orange light despite all the cartridges being solid red. The trouble...

I wasn't using the printer much except to do tests once a week to keep the heads clean. I got that bit right. Unfortunately I let the CO on my Pro10s run out and suck air in. Can it be salvaged, or am I stuffed? Thanks for any help.

As I was doing those two carts, I thought I might as well do the lot of them. I got to the end and thought... Have I made another mistake? Why was the photo cyan still in the box. Had I used it twice???!!! When I checked the laptop software it was showing half full. Had I forgotten to reset it...
