Hi, These two images showing the scuff marks, they look like roller marks, but the paper gets fed into the printer in portrait mode but the marks are running down the side of a landscape mode. Any suggestions? All the best John - London

Hi, I have a SC P800 and started getting black marks at both ends of my prints. I don't get these when I do a nozzle check print. Any advice would be grateful. All the best John R
